Elon Musk savagely roasting people on Twitter (Creative Commons License). |
When he is not talking about upcoming features across all
his companies, he posts about dogecoin and political memes many times. However, there is
another way Musk uses his Twitter, and you would wish you were never the
subject of these tweets.
Musk is not above roasting people on his
Twitter feed. Thanks to his massive following, any barb tweeted by the
billionaire quickly spreads across the micro-blogging sites and even spills on
to traditional media. In fairness to Musk, the roasts can be witty, which explains why they
spread fast.
Here we have compiled the greatest and most recent
roasts by Musk.
The Great Tax Roast of Bernie Sanders
Bernie Sanders has been known to favor taxing the rich. The old senator took to Twitter to air his views on this issue last November, posting a seemingly innocuous message; "We must demand that the extremely wealthy pay their fair share. Period."

Unfortunately, Musk fell into the group of the extremely
wealthy and felt the message was aimed at him. He fired back with a snarky
reply, "I keep forgetting that you're still alive."

The tweet has been retweeted more than 35,000 times, quoted
more than 32,000 times, and liked by almost 300,000 people.

The Biden Roast
Apparently, not much shields you from Musk's roasting. Musk has long bristled at the lack of recognition for Tesla's achievement from the US government, and a tweet by Joe Biden praising his company's competitors again proved too much.

Musk then released
another of his high-powered roasts, tweeting, "Biden is a damp [socks

While this roast did not spread as fast as the one that befell Sanders,
the tweet has accrued 12,000 retweets and more than 56,000 likes.
It seems Musk's roasting hit home as Biden mentioned Tesla in a more recent speech on electric vehicles, albeit fleetingly.
We will leave you with some free advice that whatever you do, avoid getting on Musk's bad side on Twitter as you may come to regret it.
